Do I choose my jersey or is it random?

You choose your jersey. France, Japan, Brazil, Morocco or Argentina — you select the country you want when ordering, and exactly this jersey arrives in your box. The only random element is the oofball slipped into the box with your jersey.

Is the Golden Oofball really true?

Yes, totally. 1 in 1500 boxes contains the Golden Oofball. If you come across it, you will receive 1 item of clothing from each ARNTREAL collection for 1 year. The winner is verified via the unique serial number on the oofball. Full conditions at the bottom of the page.

When will I receive my box?

Shipping is scheduled for the end of June. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your box leaves. Delivery within 2 to 5 working days after shipment.

Can I choose my oofball?

No, that's the fun of the concept. As in the Kellogg's era, you receive 1 oofball at random among the 5 drop countries (France, Japan, Brazil, Morocco, Argentina). And 1 in 1500 boxes contains the Golden Oofball — the ultra rare.

How do I choose my swimsuit size?

Sizes range from S to XXL and fit normally (European reference). If you are hesitating between two sizes, we recommend taking the larger one for a more current oversized fit. See the full size guide on the product page.

Is the jersey officially licensed?

No. ARNTREAL World Cup jerseys are original creations inspired by the colors and visual codes of the national teams. These are not official reproductions of FIFA or the federations.

Can I return it?

You have 15 days after receipt to return your jersey. It must be in its original condition, unworn, with its tags. The cereal box and the oofball must also be returned intact. Return costs are your responsibility except in the case of a defective product. Contact us at andrealbriziom@arntreal.com to obtain a return label.
