Frequently asked questions
Does it fit in the cabin on all airlines?
Yes. The dimensions 45 × 27 × 27 cm are under the limits of Ryanair, Easyjet, Air France, Vueling and Transavia. You can take it in the cabin without paying extra baggage.
How to maintain it?
Soft dry brush for dust. For localized stains, use a damp cloth with a little Marseille soap. Avoid the washing machine to preserve the jacquard and metal parts.
When exactly is delivery?
If you order on Restock 1, shipping around May 29. If Restock 1 is complete and you come across Restock 2, shipping around July 5. The pre-order block above tells you in real time which restock you are on.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, you have 14 days after your order to cancel and get a full refund, even if the bag has not yet been shipped. Simply contact our customer service.
Is leather real or synthetic?
Synthetic (PU leather, 10% of the composition). We accept this choice: better resistance over time, simpler maintenance, and it is our commitment not to use animal leather.

Returns:
Deadline: You have 15 days after receipt to return an item.
Return conditions: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags and not connected to the ARNTREAL application.
Return costs: At the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective product.
Return process: Contact support via andrealbriziom@arntreal.com for a return label and detailed instructions. Refund or exchange within 7 working days after receipt.
