Your questions about the bag.
When will I receive my bag?
Shipping is scheduled for June 20. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your bag leaves.
Does the bag fit in the cabin?
Yes. With its dimensions 55 × 27 × 27 cm, the bag meets the cabin standards of the majority of airlines (Air France, easyJet, Lufthansa, Vueling, Transavia, etc.). However, check the format authorized on your low-cost airline if you are traveling with Ryanair or Wizz Air.
How many things can it hold?
35 liters, more than enough to last 3 to 4 days without compressing. In practice: 4 to 5 complete outfits, a toiletry bag, a pair of shoes, and your essentials.
How to maintain it?
Simply clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive products or solvents. Leave to dry in the open air, never near a direct heat source.
Can I cancel or return it?
You have 15 days after receipt to return your bag. It must be in its original condition, unused, with its labels. Return costs are your responsibility except in the case of a defective product. Contact us at andrealbriziom@arntreal.com to obtain a return label.
Does it come with a protective cover?
Yes, each bag is delivered in its ARNTREAL protective cover to preserve the finishes during transport and storage. You can keep it to store your bag between two trips.

Returns:
Deadline: You have 15 days after receipt to return an item.
Return conditions: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags and not connected to the ARNTREAL application.
Return costs: At the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective product.
Return process: Contact support via andrealbriziom@arntreal.com for a return label and detailed instructions. Refund or exchange within 7 working days after receipt.
